A $50 million manufacturing company with a proprietary product line and a national footprint has an opening for a Corporate Sales Leadership position with a sales focus in building materials:
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business revenue goals
- Manage and lead the regional sales teams to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
- Identify and nurture new and existing key customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and new products.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the building material industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
